About Me
I'm Glady Rufina — a Product Designer currently working at Stratsyn AI Tech in Chennai, where I design AI-powered SaaS platforms end-to-end, from early problem framing through to final UI delivery.
My path into design wasn't linear. I graduated with a B.Tech in Biotechnology in 2024, then made a deliberate transition into UX and product design through structured programs at GUVI IIT Madras Research Park and the Google UX Design Professional Certificate. What started as curiosity became a career — and what I brought from my science background was a way of thinking about systems, behaviour, and cause-and-effect that shapes how I approach every design problem.
aI'm currently open to Product Designer and Associate Product Manager roles — remote or in-person — where design and product thinking are treated as the same discipline.
